How we handle enquiry information
On-Track Technology, at 41 Johannesburg Road, Lyndhurst, 2192, South Africa, uses the contact and project information you provide by email or telephone to review and respond to your enquiry and maintain the resulting business or support discussion.
Access to enquiries is limited to the people handling the discussion and relevant support or service providers. Where regional or delivery involvement is needed, we may share relevant enquiry information with HMA or another partner involved in the project. We do not add you to marketing communications without a separate choice.
Enquiries that do not become an active opportunity, project or support matter are retained for 24 months after the last meaningful interaction, then deleted or anonymised unless there is a documented reason to retain them longer. Records that become part of an active project, contract or support matter are retained according to the requirements of that relationship.
